I've been doing a lot of research on this, so much. However, I am still confused at one part, on the immigration website I was reading it stated that:
"""Applicants to the new pilots will be assessed against the criteria for Canadian permanent residence before they begin working in Canada."""
I will be going to be working in Canada with on Open Work Permit since I will be on the WHV for 24 months, however, I will be working as a Nanny as that's what I'm qualified to do and has been my job in the UK for 2 years prior, in this case would I still be able to apply for the caregiver pathway, since my work permit is open???? I will be nannying for those 2 years!
Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated, I'll be leaving for Canada in May and want to have a plan before I leave!
