Getting caq after study permit

Hey,
I applied for study permit for University of Manitoba, and got my visa. Afterwards, I changed my mind and now want to study in Concordia University, Montreal. Since I already have my visa, Can I apply for caq and still get it? Please it’s very urgent. I’m meant to resume in September

I don't see any reason why you can't apply for CAQ. if you wanted to get your study permit through an admission from one of QC universities you should have applied before, but they are not neccessarily related. Just make sure to have it before you enter Canada via Quebec. If not you have to come through another province then come to QC and apply for CAQ for the registration of UNi
