Concerning s.15 and security again
Should it be right on the page with security admissibilities or anywhere in the notes?
I mean, Security -- Not Started on the page 30 with nothing in the corner
s.15 - on the page 100 - the last page

41 days passed.. :'( :'( Waiting for my PPR. Can anybody tell how long i have to wait??? :'( :'( :'(

Hey guys

So I received my notes few days ago and it said on the first pages REVIEW REQUIRED for ELIGIBILITY, SECURITY and CRIMINALITY were both NOT STARTED and MEDICAL PASSED for my wife (PA), that was on November 2016 when I received the email for SA and the one for when the sent it to our VO. On January 21, the day after we received the AOR to our VO in Mexico on January 20th, ELIGIBILITY changed to IN PROCESS and the rest were the same; on the last note of the document (that note was written the same day) it mentioned basically what we wrote for our relationship development question without any negative comment whatsoever and at the end the agent wrote: File passed to officer for ELIGIBILITY with s.15(1) on the side of the page.

Does this mean something good in particular? My wife was refused a TRV once which is stated on the note as well but only that, so maybe its a matter for security and criminality. But then again, it has the s.15(1) on the side of the page and security still says NOT STARTED.

Thats why I'm confused lol

If you don't mind forward me your GCMS I would read between the line and tell you if Eligibility has PASSED or not. Send it to canada2008world@gmail.com

If you're inland you can do it yourself and pay $5... If you're outland then you can't do it yourself and you need to do it via a consulting service that costs around $30 (effective you pay $30 to someone who gets you notes for $5 and sends it back to you).

Correct me if I am wrong but did you mean the inlands need to pay $5 and outlands $30?
I thought there was no charge for inlands. As a matter of fact, I ordered GCMS notes twice with no charge.

I am on TRV in Canada.

Inland is $5
You can not apply for GCMS while outland, someone else has to apply and it's upto him to how much he charges. There are some service providers for this service and charge around $30 to $40

Inland applicants can apply for free under the Privacy Act if they are applying for themselves. If they are applying on behalf of someone (inland or outland), they have to apply under the Access to Information Act and that costs 5 CAD.

Just applied, 4 times now, on an outland application while outside Canada too. Cost $5. I got my wife to sign the consent form. Snap a picture with my camera of the signed consent form and uploaded it to ATIP.

Thanks for clarification raj!

Can you have a look at below outgoing and incoming communication generated at same time, looking at these notes, seems like they are asking for application kit but not sure it is addressed to me or some internal person/agency. I'm bit scared if it was sent to me because I never received such communication.

Alright guys, I have now ordered a second set of notes.
I am feb 2016 applicant with upfront medical that was passed in nov 2016.
I ordered Notes in Nov 2016 and Jan 2017 and there is one major difference:
In the Paper File Transfer History:
The one from Nov 2016 says :
- Created: 2016/11/05
- Create d by: JM****
- Office: Centralized Intake Office
- Location: PNP - Overdue Meds

The one from Jan 2017 says:
- Created: 2016/12/08
- Create d by: CM*****
- Office: Centralized Intake Office:
- Location: PS.

What is this PS? My medicals were passed ad in the notes it said extended.

Hi! I just received my notes. Filed for spousal sponsorship on May 19, 2016.

One thing I'm really confused about is the Secondary Office it says...

SECONDARY OFFICES: 1

How can the update date and created date be before I submitted my application?!?! So confused. Someone please help.
