GCMS notes Paper File Location:Ready for PS-

The location of my Paper file: KO00137. Singapore visa office.

My timeline is as under:
AR March 22,2019
AOR May 8,2019
MR Sep 10,2019
MP Oct 6,2019
PAL Nov 1,2019

As per my GCMS notes:
Eligibility: PASSED
Criminality: PASSED
Medical: PASSED
Security: NOT STARTED

In my GCMS notes on page 2 for Paper File the location is mention as "Ready for PS-" what does it mean. And when you see the image as below afer "Ready for PS- " there is something written which is erased. What that could be? At the top of the page section 15(1) is applied. Please guide

Even the same with me, something is written and erased, even in secondary office the updated date is changed??????? Can you check in your GCMS notes about secondary office updated date.. Thanks
