FSW Met CEC Not Met (More than 3 years Canadian Exp)

Hi - My Express entry profile expired in August and I created a new profile just before my original profile's expiry. On my Original EE profile, I had FSW Met and CSW Met, but the new profile created is reflecting FSW as Met and CEC as Not Met.

All the details of my work Experience (Canadian exp of 3+ years & Outside Canada 5+ years) are the same in both my old EE profile as well as my new EE profile. Any idea what could be causing this discrepancy? Appreciate any feedback / inputs on this please.

Go in to edited the questions on employment experience, if it is in Canada, there are some questions at the end of the employment details that are easy to mess up. You have to say "no" to doing the work while on a study permit, "no" to self employment, and "yes" to valid work permit. (If I remember the questions correctly).
