Hello, I am sponsoring my conjugal partner and we're a little confused with this form, it has to be filled by the principal applicant.
They ask what is her current marital status ( single, married, common-law, conjugal partner, separated, divorced, annuled or widowed).
She has been married before and couldn't divorce because it is not allowed in the Philippines and in her canadian application we declared her as legally separated.
I assume that the correct answer would be "separated" in the Quebec form but the confusion is that we are currently in a conjugal relationship.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
