You can provide this work experience when your register, and the system will tell you whether or not it'll give your foreign experience points. you only need to worry about providing correct information and let the system worry about assigning points.

Is there any chance to get the foreign experience points ?

I know for some the system rounds but isn't the applicant responsible for making sure they received the correct number of points?

since there is no explicit guideline or rules on how to calculate the length of work period in this type of situation (i.e. 11 months and half), they wouldn't expect you to be responsible for this. If you'd like to be 100% safe and want to avid any future dispute, then probably just don't claim this experience. I would assume that we could trust the system...
