Hey guys,
Do I have to list my parents names and siblings names AS it appears in Passport?? or just First and Last name is ok....My parents and sisters have middle names but never use it its only in passport?~....For me I listed my FULL name As it appears in passport since I am sponsor...Can someone give me some insight?!

you mean Full names as they appear on THEIR Passport? just to make sure lol

Put their names as they appear in their passports. Most of us don't use our middle names, but it is still part of our official name.
