Hi,

Me and my wife had our finger prints taken for PCC in USA.
The first fingerprints were taken on finger printing machine.
My fingerprints got accepted and I got my PCC.
My wife finger prints got rejected and she had to send again.
Second time She had sent two cards (one from finger printing machine and other direct finger prints using ink pad) to be sure at least one gets accepted.
Today to our surprise they got rejected for a second time too.
My PCC will be 3 months from the date of issue by May 18 th.
Can any one guide/suggest help with fingerprints.

Thank you

Hi App link,

First, send ur PCC with a covering letter stating that ur wife's FBI PCC got rejected twice due to low quality of prints and u have re-send ur wife's Fingerprints to FBI and once u get it, u will be send them immediately.

About ur wife's fingerprints getting rejected, same happened to me, rejected thrice and finally got the letter thru electronic fingerprint method, but my husband got his clearance letter on first attempt and as our 120day deadline was near,we sent his FBI clearance letter and included a letter similar to one I had mentioned in beginning and the VO was fine with that.

U have told ur wife's fingerprints were taken from a machine.I guess its electronic fingerprints and there are very less chance of rejection as the machine itself will identify if the prints are good or bad.I think its better to go to a local police department, tell them it got rejected twice and u want to go for electronic fingerprints.Wish ur wife gets her clearance letter this time.
I understand its such an irritating process.
All the Best
