Finding IT job during study

I will be coming in Jan to enroll for post grad certificate course.

I have 12 years of experience into software field including testing, development, digital marketing, etc and I want to work part time during the study so as to get work e

Pretty unlikely to get a part-time IT job if you are studying during the day, you can only work 20 hours and you have no Canadian experience or connections. The location of your school may also be an issue. Have your received a visa. With 12 years of work experience convincing CIC that you are a genuine student will be the first hurdle to overcome.
