Filing application second time

does anybody has any idea how long it will take if we apply express entry second time under cec class. First time I got results( refusal)after 4 months.

it is the same time.. they 6 months but depending on individual application it takes anywhere from 2 months to 6.

applying for second time does not change it. hope it helps
