Filed is closed after decision made or after ppr?

I have received ppr and I have requested them to change the visa office.
But m not receiving any autoresponse to same mail (about VO change request).
I am worried bcoz I hv got ppr but after dat no communication about change of VO .
How can I confirm If dey hv rcvd my mail about VO change request.
Or Our file is closed after PPR? Dats y not getting automated mail from them?
48 hrs passed still no autoreponse ....I hv sent almost 3-4 email in 48 hrs.
