Hi all, we’re again in a soup after being shown hope of some progress by IRCC.
AOR - 6th Feb 2021
Remed - 21st May’22 (remed passed - 29th May’22)
ADR requested - 25th May’22
ADR submitted- 31st May’22

Our ADR status then changed to “documents you have submitted have been uploaded”.

It’s been 40 days now with the same status, no other updates. Raised two webforms as well but no response.
Is anyone else on the same boat as we are?
This wait is killing us again!

Eventually,It has to come. Just believe in that and stay strong. That's the only thought that's keeping me alive at this time. QUOTE="Arjun0411, post: 10147522, member: 943280"]

COR-India

Guys, I have ran into a big time trouble.

It's two months that I have moved to another city in India for job purpose. After relocating , I received PCC request from IRCC. So, I decided to do it from my current address where I have shifted recently.

Now, despite providing current rent agreement and other supporting documents; my verification still came as "Adverse Report". Now I don't know what to do next. My PCC timeline is nearing.

Can anyone please guide me what to do?

Can this adverse report comment change and who will change this.

Please Help!!

@somenath1061
@MajorGrom

Thank you guys for your advise. I would like to share my journey of Indian PCC to those who might have several doubts.

COR- India.

I recently shifted from State A to State B in India because of my work status. My passport is having permanent address of State A.
As I shifted to State B and it was just merely two months that I got ADR request from IRCC. So i though to apply for PCC to my new current address and to the regional passport office of State B.

Now despite having all the documents, the police submitted "Adverse Report", due to which my file was kept on hold. As advised by @somenath1061 it was issue of bribe. So, i paid bribe upfront in the next visit and I emailed to the Regional Passport Office to re-open my application. Usually you have to visit the regional passport office (not passport seva kendra) when u get and Adverse Report comment, but in my case I was lucky that with couple of email exchanges and couple of telephone calls, my file was reopened without me going to Regional Passport Office.

This time I paid the bribe and I got positive remark and the PCC got delivered to my current address in State B.

Let me know if anyone needs any more advise or suggestions to this matter.

Thank You.

Hi all, what is the procedure to remove dependents from your application? And does it delay the process in general? In my case, I have to remove my now ex-husband from the application.

So doing upfront medicals and pcc had your application speed up? I am Feb 14 and I don't see any movement at all.
