We landed in Toronto in August 2002 and went there for a brief visit in August 2004. Our CRC status expires in August 2007. We may not be able to migrate.
In such a situation, can we re apply for the CRC card without going through the same procedure done when the CRC card was obtained the first time ?
Can we start the process now as it is expected to take more than a year ?
