Hi,
Could you please tell me the processing time of express entry these days?
in the canada.ca it is indicated 6 months which I think it is the case for like 80% of applications. For PR card it is about 4.5 months. Please correct me it if I’m making mistake.

It's much longer than that right now due to COVID. Applications are taking significantly longer than six month. There are individuals here who submitted their FSW applications from inside of Canada in late 2019 and who are still waiting.

Have you created the post where you discuss the end-to-end process of creating EE?
The reason I ask, I meet all the requirements as stated above and on the CIC website to apply for PR. I have 1.5 years of experience in the NOC B job (most of it accumulated during the study as part-time, but since I worked continuously that counts as per the CIC website), and I have 578 scores based on the assessment on the website. Yet when I create an EE application, I get 0 scores back and it says I am ineligible. Obviously, I am making mistake in the application I assume.

Please reply, would love any help understanding what's going wrong.

I didn't create such a post after that. At the time there was another member that created step-by-step instructions in his/her blog but that site has been taken down now. No luck.

Based on a recent assessment that I did for a friend, the reason why this might be happening is your primary NOC. If you have qualifying experience but the primary NOC you choose is something other than the one for which you are claiming points for, then that will cause your profile to become ineligible.

Having said that, do you have work experience and/or any education in Canada? Do you have a sibling that lives in Canada. 578 appears to be an exceptionally high score.

I am not sure what my primary NOC is which is conflicting with the majority of my work experience accumulated through NOC 6221. My score is 518, 578 is miss type. Seeing the last draw was 300 something, plenty high enough to pass.

You should have at least 1 year of Canadian work experience in the past 3 years in an eligible NOC to be eligible under CEC.

Do you have at least 1 year of work experience barring the experience you gained while you were a full time student?

There is no contradicting information. The instructions are very clear. You can't use work experience gained while you were a full-time student in Canada. I was talking about Canadian Experience Class to the OP, not sure why you jumped in with FSW requirements. If you are applying under FSW, work experience while you were a full time student counts. Period.

Can I count student work experience toward the Express Entry work requirement?
It depends on where you were working and studying.
To be eligible for Express Entry, you must meet the minimum requirements for 1 or more Express Entry programs. This includes the work experience requirement.
Using student work experience for minimum requirements
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Student work experience gained while you were studying in Canada or abroad counts towards the minimum requirements for the Federal Skilled Worker Program if the work:

• was paid by wages or commissions
• was continuous (no gaps in employment), and
• meets all the other requirements of the Program

This includes co-op terms and apprenticeships.
Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades Program
Student work experience doesn’t count towards the minimum requirements for the Canadian Experience Class or Federal Skilled Trades Program.
How student work experience affects your profile ranking
Canadian work experience gained while you were a full-time student doesn’t count towards the score used to rank your profile.
The work experience gained as a full-time student outside Canada counts towards the score used to rank your profile.

If you were a full time student in Canada and you worked during that time, you CANNOT count that work experience.

If you get a successful Masters evaluation on your ECA, it is sufficient to only show your Masters degree in the education section of your EE profile and your e-APR AFAIK.

I am waiting for my copr, ppr. For my study purspose i am going to to Netherlands in the sept, 2021 for a year. My spouse will stay in Bangladesh.

1. If i get copr during my stay in Netherlands, Can i submit passport from Netherlands and can my spouse submit from Bangladesh
2. Can my spouse travel me Netherlands with Canada visa? Can we travel Canada from Netherlands?
3.At what stage i will have to update my address and request to change my vo? Is it after getting copr? Or after just arriving at Netherlands?

3. If my spouse come to Netherlands and then fly with me to canada, will it cause any issue?

I have a question regarding Educational documents. I have been working as a full time software developer but I have also completed my Masters degree from a recognized University in Weekend Classes ( Saturday-Sunday )
My question is, both my Masters degree and work experience will be counted by EE. Please let me know if I'm incorrect.
