I am one of the applicants whose regular worker CSQ application was canceled as a result of bill 9. I am planning to submit an expression of interest before the December 16th deadline as applying before this deadline guarantees that I will receive an invitation before January 16th.
My problem is that my IELTS expired and I do not have time to repeat it before the deadline as I will be traveling.
I have one of two choices:

- Submit an application without the IELTS. I am not sure how important the IELTS is in the new selection process.
- Submit an application with the expired IELTS and update my application later when I receive my updated results.
