I would like to ask for help because my CSQ expired but we arrived here in montreal this week, it is okay to apply in RAMQ/Health card with expired CSQ? Please i badly need your help.

Anyone know if you have to renew the expired CSQ for any of the admin formalities (RAMQ for example) after landing and getting the PR card?
