Expected time for Iranian under the Quebec Skilled Workers Program

Hello,

I am an iranian immigrant. I have applied to become a PR through the Quebec Skilled Worker program more than 2 years ago. It is already 23 month that I am in the federal process (22 month is the estimated time).

I am wondering how much more time can it take? Can you please share information on this?
