Equivalency for ACMA from Pakistan

Can some one guide me. I have done my ACMA (Associate Cost & Management Accountant) from Pakistan. I have also done my B.Com from Punjab university Lahore Pakistan. How much points can I get from my qualification.
My cousin is simply MBBS from King Edward Medical University with six years of experience as General Physician. Is he eligible to apply for Canadian Immigration.

you can have 25 points for education as ACMA is equivalent to masters degree and 17 years of education.
