Dec 9th - Processing at Consulate General (BLS)

Dec 14th - Granted but Not-Printed (indianvisaonline)
Dec 15th - Processed and Printed (indianvisaonline)
Dec 16th - Ready for Dispatch (BLS)
Dec 17th - Dispatched via Courier (BLS)
Dec 19th - Received passport

is 90 days after Fomr a or initally when application was submitted, May i ask do you for for federal or provincial government?

That is the link to find out your status until it changed to "Dispatched to BLS" and after that, track your status at BLS website.

Dec 8th Morning - Asked to submit form A and same day after submission, the status changed to Granted in the evening.
