Sorry what is NOC metals? What is your NOC? When did you apply? Follow up with your employer since you will have a permanent job offer.

Well you will have to wait as it has only been a month. I assume you have done ECAs and language tests. For many PNP programs, the focus is on inland applicants because of Covid. Good luck.
