Employer with valid LMIA received before June 18.

Hi everyone. I am an employer and I’ve received a positive LMIA. The LMIA app was received before June 18th or the date the changes were made. Does that mean that she can still apply under the old program? also, would that mean I can still hire a foreign caregiver even if she will work in BC (outside quebec).
