Electronic medicals

Hi guys
Was just in contact with my ex regarding my son's medicals. I am applying for EE FSW already recieved my ITA.
They are both in the UK. She called the clinic and they said they don't provide a paper copy, they upload it directly into the system. Is that normal? What do I do when I upload other scanned documents and it asks for his medical result, or will it automatically show in the system?

The clinic will upload it directly into CIC's systems. However, they will also give you a receipt that has your information on it. It should have your photo, your passport info, and a serial number.

I just looked at mine. It's called an E-Medical Information Sheet, and the serial number is actually called the UMI Number

Great to know, thanks again 21goose. They asked her to fill a form online before making an appointment, among this to fill was a section asking for IME so I told her to write not applicable as I dont have that.
Also asks what type of upfront medical ( family/student/occupational), wasnt sure what to pick so told her to write EE FSW non-accompanying dependent.
