EE-CSC with LMIA Checklist

Hi everyone may concern,

I am going to apply PR by EE-CEC with LMIA, is there one can share the exact documents checklist. I am confused by the requirements from CIC. I have couple questions before going ahead:1 Should I hand in Fund proof ; 2 how I can prepare the relationship proof with my sister who is Canadian citizen.

PS I have permanent job with NOC B title. Thank you!

Documents required depends on your type of application ie lone applicant, spouse, children etc. This is what we had to include (we're also CEC with LMIA) -

Reference letters from each of the employers mentioned in work history
Police certificates
Marriage certificate
Birth certificates for our children
Copy of bio page of passports
Confirmation of upfront medical (you get the form required from the doctor when you get the medical done)
Confirmation of employment letter
College/university certificates (only if you mentioned these in your education history)

You do not need proof of funds if you are applying under CEC. With regards to how to prove your relationship with your sister, a copy of each of your birth certificates should be fine as they will show the same parents.
