Education Factor As per Law R73: IN FSW Manual

Hi,

How does the Immi Officer calculate the Education Factor points under the R73 Law. Could anybody let me know, how does the New Delhi CHC takes it.

Example, the Institute is not recognized by the regulating authorities in India but the Degree which is given by the institute is via affiliation from a foreign university where in that country that university is recognized but not in India. Is it a problem and will I get the Points for my masters or not.

Please update and help required.

Degree / Certificate must be affiliated & accredited from your own country otherwise zero points..

Please suggest people..is there anyone who has a similar case as of mine....Master's Degree from a Uni University which is Abroad and affiliation given to an Indian Institute which is not recognized by the Indian Regulators.

It is important for the course/degree to be recognized by the country regulators.
