Can one edit or delete an already submitted express entry application?
Please help with useful answers and usual, I am getting stocked.

Yes. Only till you receive an ITA.

Can't I edit or delete it any time I wish? I am about to submit an express entry application, but feel that my status may change before the selection, so I wanted to know if editing or deleting the application is possible to enable me make adjustment when the need arises.

You can keep making changes till you get an ITA. After that, your profile will be locked and no further edits would be possible.
