Duties and responsibilities letter hard copy

I got soft copies of the my roles and responsibilities letter for my ex-employers.

One of them are not providing me hard copy of it.

I got reply as:
As per the policy we are not authorized to issue hard copy, we will only provide soft copy via email.

So please let me know what I need to do in this case

print the soft copy and get it signed/stamped by your HR
