The guide says to fill in all blanks, using N/A when it doesnt apply. Does that mean every single box that doesn't apply, even if it's details of something I already ticked to "No" box to? This seems a little redundant. Should I do them all and be better safe than sorry?

Better safe than sorry ...i always say

good luck !

I just put "N/A" in the top row (if there were multiple rows in the question) and drew a line through the rest. That worked fine.

when u answer NO, theres no more questions following that main question. when u answer YES, there are following questions, in some cases. what im trying to say if u answered NO, u dont need to put N/A further.
and yes, put N/A on the first row of the answer only.
if u wanna feel ensure just put N/A everywhere where doesn't apply to u. if definitely not gonna be a mistake.
