Hi, I am planning to drop my husband before I and my son get thru our MR. Is this possible?
What do you mean by dropping your husband?

So I plan not to include him anymore
You can change his status to non-accompanying on the application. However if you are married, he must complete the medical in order for your PR visa to be issued.

But he doesn't want to undergo the Medical. I don't my son's future be ruined by his selfishness

If you want to remove your husband from your application, then you can only do this if you and your husband have either separated or divorced or are in the process of divorcing. If you try to remove him from the application, IRCC will ask for proof that you have legally divorced / separated.

The problem is, in the country I'm residing, divorce isn't approved yet and Annulment of Marriage isn't that easy and it takes time. I should have not included him in the first place
