I am applying via CEC next February in Canada and intend to do medical exam back in my country once I receive the medical request (due to some urgent matter). Does anyone have this exp. before? I am planning to attach the explanation letter as why I do ME in my home country but NOT in Canada, with the medical result just to make sure. Any input in this situation will be much appreciated!
