Does ITA under CEC process faster than ITA under FSW?

I got ITA under FSW even though I am having 1.5 years of Canadian experience and still working in Canada. Not sure if I should reject this ITA and wait for ITA under CEC, which means I don't have to show the POF as well. Bit confused.. Lease share your valuable thoughts friends..

1. As long as you are eligible for both programs, you will always receive an ITA under FSW.

2. Even if CEC proceeds faster than FSW (for which there is nothing more than flimsy anecdotal evidence so far), that isn't a good enough reason to decline an ITA.
