Does different NOC have different scores?

Hello,

I have a CRS score of 400+ and was wondering if different NOC codes applicable to my profile (Skilled labor) have different scores? My profile fits across 0213, 2171 and 2172 NOC so would it matter if I keep single NOC versus list different NOC under my work experience?

1. No, as long as they are NOC A, B or O. they all carry the same weight.

Hi, will this affect in anyway to receive a nomination by Ontario or any other province. Because the question in Express Entry "Date XXX first became qualified to practice in this occupation" increases which may reduce my experience.
