does any one recieve request for rprf fee n passports without medicals

hi every one,
please let me know does any one receive the letter to submit fee n passports ahead of medicals as i have got , n they have asked me to submit generic form ,birth certificate for my self n schedule 3 n family background for my wife along with 4 photographs of all included in application again.my assessment score is 74 with 25 education(18.5 years regular study) 14 language,10 age.21 experince,4 spouse(15 years regular study). seniors please help

i think he means "New Delhi". please also specify in which year you applied? you only mention december which can be dec-08 or dec-07 or whatever... are you a pre Nov-08 applicant or a post Nov-08 one?
