Doctor forgot to have witness sign medical exam

I'm the principal applicant and the doctor's office had a witness sign for my son and husband but the witness forgot to sign mine. The doctor's office is saying they sent all the info in and there is nothing they can do about it now. Do you think I will be rejected? Will the officer request info before rejecting?

That is not a ground for rejection. Rest assured if they need any more information they will contact you or your doctor. It's all good. Don't worry about it.
