Do we upload PNP certificate even if we did not claim point for it?

Generally, if you didn't claim points for a factor, you're not required to provide the proof. Not sure if this applies to PNP as well.

I think people are ignoring it because it seems like a crazy question. A PNP is immeasurably helpful to your PR application, so why on earth would you not tell CIC if you have one? What was the point of getting it then?

I was told by CSE not to put YES to pnp as my PNP belong to non express entry path. I got the ITA and after that there was a generic question if I have PNP which i said yes to. Else it would be mis- representation.

I uploaded the documents and they did not ask for my PNP certificate. Now given the amount of cancellation I am bit worried if I should have uploaded it even though they did not ask for it any where.

Unless a PNP issues a nomination under EE stream, or they say they can confirm your non-EE nomination to the EE system, you cannot claim points for PNP (thus say NO on "Do you have PNP" question)

CIC made it clear that more than 1 application of PR under different stream will not affect each other. So I would have no problem having application of PR in EE and PNP at the same time. (Though you will be responsible for fees on both)

Maybe you can write a letter (and provide reference #) about your concurrent PNP application.

Hey I am having concurrent application and there is no issue which i verified from CIC. My only question is should i had to upload the Non EE PNP certificate to my express entry additional document section?

Frankly, I don't know the answer. I am in neither stage of application (Heck still waiting for ITA)

But commons sense tells me not to upload anything unnecessary and confusing.

Hi I have a common concern.

I got ITA through EE PNP, however even when I said "YES" to the "PNP" question in the application details, the documents checklist never asked me about the PNP certificate to upload, I am just worried if its the case with all the EE PNP applications or exclusively mine?

any suggestions would be much appreciated.
