I have submitted PCC for Country A with my application. CIC requested PCC for Country B. When I upload that, does it replace the previous PCC for Country A?

Not at all. That's why it's an 'Additional document request'.

Good to know, because it said "Replacement Needed", so I got confused.

Speaking of which, PCC request for me and spouse are BOTH under my name in Supporting Documents. I assume this shouldn't make a difference?

3 separate slots under my name.
RCMP - me
PCC Country B - me
PCC Country B - spouse

That is great. Donot worry just upload each one in the right slot and u will be fine

Good luck

So i received the PCC from Country B and says on it "valid fro 3 months", even though according to CIC's instructions is that it's valid as long as I didn't live there for 6+ months.
When I upload the document, under Expiry Date, should I put it 3 months or 1 year? I'm afraid if I put it 3 months and I haven't got PR by then, the system might automatically cancel my application.

Please advise.

Put the validity as shown on the report. Putting any other date is fraudulent. If it expires before your application is approved, you will be asked to submit an updated pcc before your visa will be issued
