Do I need to show proof of funds if I am eligible for FSW and CEC?

Hello,
I am eligible for both FSW and CEC programs. I selected my back-home work experience for the profile's primary job. The reason is that I worked in two different NOC categories during my one-year work experience in Canada. My question is, do I need to show proof of funds when I get ITA while I am also eligible for CEC?

If you get the ITA in CEC category, you dont need to show proof of funds.
