Hi, can someone please confirm who has gotten their citizenship if I list my PR card details when completing question 14 for the travel documents ?

I have listed the one passport I have and when I add the PR information and try to validate the form I’m getting a notification then saying the text box under where you list your travel docs can’t be blank (the text box where you have to explain if there are any gaps in your passport explain here).. but when I just have the passport listed I can validate the form no problem and am not asked to populate this text box.
Any help much appreciated.

Just wondering what are the ways a question can be interpreted.

I suppose you are referring to Canad PR. I thought this question is always about passports/travel document of other countries (not Canada). IRCC should already have your Canadian PR details. But maybe your question is a valid one? I read the form and instruction again, but it does not say "Other" countries. So I am not sure.

Regarding the text box (to explain if any gap), I think it is better to write "Not Applicable" or "N/A". I came across at lease one case in the forum whose application was returned because this box was left empty.

You don't need to list PR card details for Q14. You only need to list your passports and/or refugee travel documents there.

Also, in the text box for Q14, write "N/A" or "Not Applicable" if that box isn't applicable to you.

Your PR is not a travel document.
