Diploma score not accounted in cec profile

Hello ,
I have done two post graduate diplomas in canada for 2 years. I have an Indian experience for abt 3 years but when I calculate my cec express entry points it doesn’t reflect my canadian education 15 points.
Please advise asap.

Did you answer yes to "was this program to study english or french.” If so, it is no.

When I checked no there was no option to fill DLI no whereas when yes, it showed the details.
