Didnt receive my PR card and cant check status using COPR (IMM 5688) doc no

Hi Guys,

Has anyone else went through this issue? I got a COPR (form called IMM 5688) and landed in April and when i type the document number in ecas, it says cant find the case.
Has any one still waiting for their PR card ( it has been 90 days for me)..

Any insight would be helpful.
