I am currently working in US on H1B and have got closed work permit from one of the employers in Canada.
My spouse has also got her dependent open work permit.
Now after putting my paper, my company is offering a better offer in US than the employer in Canada.
I am willing to accept my company's offer but wanted to know the impact on my spouse work permit.
Couple of questions -
1. If I dont join the employer in canada, will my work permit get revoked? In case if its not revoked can i use this work visa to enter and leave canada as i want?
2. Can my spouse still be able to work on OWP in canada even if i decide not to go to canada?
