You wont loose the 600 marks.
You'll still be on point.

Hey sidon17,

No worries. You can write a careful letter of explanations showing that you are unable to gather all documents within 60 days because of something beyond your control. CIC will typically grant you extended time to gather the required documents. For example, I know many people on this forum have received a 60 extension to get USA PCC (FBI PCC) since FBI PCC at this time requires 4 months.

You can try to gather as many required documents as you can (CIC call it "best effort") and submit them together with your letter of explanation near the 60-day submission deadline. Once CIC grants you extended time, you'll safely secure your spot :)

No, declining your ITA will not affect your nomination from Ontario, it will be valid till August. If you decline an invitation, you will be put back into the Express Entry pool of candidates (as long as you still meet the minimum criteria) to be considered in future rounds of invitations. Declining an invitation will not have a negative effect on whether or not you could be invited to apply later.

If you do not decline an invitation and you do not apply within 60 days, the invitation will expire and you will have to complete and submit a new Express Entry profile and be accepted to the pool again to be considered in future rounds of invitations.

Sidon

You have submitted all the required docs to OINP.

The same docs are to be submitted to IRCC along with PCC and medicals. Why take chances :'(

Hi Sidon,
I got my first ITA under FSW and I declined it because I need to be under CEC then I got another ITA on the second draw.

No worries if your nomination still valid.
Regards
