I recieved ppr on the 21st of September and since I have an Italian passport which does not need a visa, I submitted their completed questionnaire and photocopies of the passports as they didn't specify where to upload this information. I recieved confirmation that they received the letter containing this on the 25th of August. I also sent them a follow up email as they said a section would appear in my profile to upload the document scans but this did not happen.
I haven't heard anything back from them and I don't want to find myself not knowing what to do when the month after PPR email is up. Has anyone been in a similar situation? They don't seem to be very responsive.
