Curfew just announced in Quebec

Hello,

For people who have already planned to land in Montreal with a flight landing during curfew time, will they be allowed to travel (by car) to their quarantine destination?
Do they have to bring a paper or authorization of some sort? Do you think there will be taxis available for them?
Who to call to get more info?

It is my spouse who is coming and now I could not get a friend to pick her up.

Quebec government is imposing an 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew. You can manage your spouse arrival time accordingly.

The Quebec government released a list of exceptions to the curfew today:

One of them is:

• a person returning home on a night flight from a work-related trip abroad;

I thought "work-related" is oddly specific, so I don't know what's the rule when your flight was not work related. But if it was work related, you're definitely covered by this exception. I would guess you should just carry some proof then.
