CSQ-Valid job offer

Hi All,

Currently Iam on LIMA exempt WP and valid for next 2yrs. What is the valid job offer means?
My employer has to file LIMA ? or Letter from employer assuring that next 1 or 2 year job guarantee is enough?
Any sample letter or format available?
if so please share.

My current employer not based in Quebec province.If i get valid job offer (future employment) from another employer who based in Quebec.Is that ok to process my CSQ?
