Hi there, I would like to sponsor my 15 year old cousin (he's my husband's cousin's son) to come to canada for a visit for the summer. We are both citizens. Does his mother make an account and apply for him online or do I make the account? It's so confusing and I can't get through to immigration over the phone (of course). Thanks,
