why CEC application number only half more this year, and there is only 1 month more left for 2014 .

I guess lots of people are waiting for the Express Entry.

but express entry is uncertain, everyone should know the invitation maybe never be sent to him/her.

I have a question about the CEC cap? Do you know what way do they update it? They go by received applications not by AOR issued, right?

They count accepted application (means application for which the AOR has been issued). They may receive application and return it if it's not complete or eligible (such cases are not counted).

Thanks We've sent our application last week for NOC 7284 (received NOV 13), after yesterdays update CEC cap have changed from 20 to 21, so I was hoping they go by received application. Well sure we have to wait
