My wife is a lecturer in gov college,so in back ground declaration does she need to mention as Government position? and if she mentioned then does she has to provide No Objection letter from Goverment? or better to show she is uneployed?because no point for her employment..

Your view will help me a lot

Well, i personally dont think it counts as a government job, so u can show her occupation and u dont need NOC...but wait for the seniors to answer to this questions...seems tricky but it;s not actually(i think)

Thanks,

V

see.. if this job is considered as government job then you should show it.

Is there any problem that you cannot get no objection letter ?

it depends...my wife worked in jewellery shop for 8 years but I didn't show and just show as housewife.

because job certificate which I had was handwritten and not so impressive..

That is NOT a government job. Examples of government job are police officer, judge etc ...
She is a college lecturer that's it. I would anyhow write the FACT down. Any mispresentation might get you into trouble later.
