Hi,

I am finding the NOC very confusing as some codes overlap, I was hoping to get some opinions and help on which seems the most relevant to my work experience.

I have based my application on 6221 - Technical Sales Specialist and have 1.5 years foreign work experience and 2 years of Canadian work experience (4 different jobs).

I am not sure if the below jobs would go under the following NOC codes, or if they seem they could all fit under the first one?

0601 - Corporate Sales Manager
1114 - Other Financial Officer
6211 - Retail Sales supervisor
6411 - Sales & Account Representative (wholesale trade - non-technical)
6421 - Retail Salesperson

Not enough info - it sounds like wholesale (the customer is other businesses), but you do not identify what the product is that is being sold...

Hi Jes,

Really appreciate your help. The first job is a fin-tech start up where we were acting as a brokerage helping small & medium businesses find alternative funding sources, and we would help connect them with the relevant lenders or loan providers.

I am in a difficult situation since i originally had 464 CRS when the ITA was 460s. However, minus the Goodlife experience I have 1.5 yrs in the UK in NOC level B, and then in Canada 6 months, 9 months and 3-4 months in NOC level B & A (1.5 yrs) and I think I need to find another 6 months in NOC B or A which I was hoping I could pass my Goodlife experience off for. Would you have any advice for me or how I can still pass on the CRS score if I use the NOC code C (6241)?

Thanks
M

EEK. So not my field, so take this with a huge grain of salt. Look at NOC 6234,1112, but you may not find a good fit.

You mean 6421.... no, it is level C, it is simply not eligible.

If you were promoted to a supervisor or manager, or had more of a personal trainer position, that would work out better.
