Company official seal ??? seniors please help...

kindly clear me one thing that on my all reference letter there is no company stamp. As all my reference letter on company letter head with signed of immediate officer. But as per the instruction it says" letter be stamped with the company 's offical seal" so what does it means ?? as you know that original letter head does not required company stamp only signed are enough. So my lettrer are without company offical stamp could be a problem????
